Handballs like that happen quite often, usually though its caught, and its not always so important in terms of creating a goal, and a very important one at that.

I seem to remember Martin rather obviously 'spooning' a ball on with his hand fairly recently.
As blatant a handball, but it was seen (and outside the box i think).
