erm 3 bedrooms but.....

we have a loft room that is an occasional bedroom and does have a bed in it and also a sofa bed which is in the study but cant really be called a bedroom can it and 3 bahrooms well 2 bathrooms and one toilet room but one of them in an en-suite

I like bedding plants aswell
