and then on the way back, head from Eccy Road back to the Park Square roundabout and out on the Parkway towards the M1 - from the Parkway it's the same route as above, backwards.

AB Trivia: on Eccy Road, the pub near the Nodge Union offices - the Pomona - I did 2 (two) 200ft bungee jumps off a crane in their car-park in, um, 1996/7 (forget exactly).

Opposite the Nodge Union offices, you'll see a pub called the um, Devonshire or somesuch - all sturdy wooden trellis and plants and that out the front - Mrs AB used to have a flat above one of the shops in that row of buildings (it's a Fat Face, now I think, the unit under her old flat).

Finally, when you get to the Hilton - the building over the fence on the left hand side of the Hilton's car park is where I worked for Plusnet, for most of the time I worked for them.
