I quite liked the juxtaposition between an apology directed to children, particularly children young enough to be offended by my obvious joke about there not being a Father Christmas, and referring to myself by using one of the most (the most?) taboo words we've got.

Even then, I wouldn't, if Jaffers hadn't already breached that particular dyke already this morning.
