That's what I've liked about him thus far, goes with the obvious, doesn't try and be too

smart. And most of all, I think pretty much every player who puts on the shirt now plays to their full potential on a consistent basis. I love him, yes love, like I've never loved another manager, which will probably mean he'll be Ipswich manager by the end of the season.
