I'm with you Megson

Lambert has managed to turn our fortunes around and had managed to move colchester up the third division - it's not quite winning the champions' league. I can't see any 'big' clubs rushing in just yet though - and I'm sure that one day he will be Celtic manager but can't see it happening for a while.
