If it isn't down to NW to motivate the players and handle the pressure then who IS it down to? he doen'st just pick the team, its up to him to get the attitude and commitment right, to get the players focused on the task and ready to perform when the cross that line. If he can't fo taht anymore for whateven reason we NEED to find someone who can. When you lose a dressing room, or the ability to motivate you don't just get it back overnight.
