Toyota pull out citing economic pressures

the FIA have been saying for a while that costs are too high and that budget caps need to be introduced (Toyota's own representative in the FOTA was one of the most vocal against budget caps...) yet one of the main teams with probably the biggest budget in the sport chooses to ignore that they're maybe a little to blame for costs getting so ridiculously out of control?
