A staggeringly ignorant/loud-mouthed DJ who used to be on in Manchester (Galaxy FM?) until he got sacked for being an ignorant, loud-mouthed cretin who offended everyone with his ignorant, ludicrous generalisations.
The Partridge take-off is pretty much spot-on IMO - "You feed beefburgers to swans!"
