indeed, though i'd like to see many (some? i dunno enough about them) of the technical
restrictions lifted if the budget cap is going to be properly enforced
and yeah, plenty of rumours about Renault being about to pull out (iirc when the latest head of Renault got the job he'd previously been on record as anti-F1) though they may see Toyota pulling out as good for them in terms of them being one of a fewer number of 'big' fish.
Are Renault owned by the French government?
