no doubt it would make perfect sense.

Very intangible thing really - but memories and 'atmosphere' (what is atmosphere, really?) are very hard to let go of.

I guess if you could come up with a different flatpack stadium style, then that wouldnt be so bad, a la Huddersfield / Bolton / Spurs / Bolton.
