example.......

in column L, i have 24.58 in cell L138 and I want"24.58 minus 19%" in cell O138, then under the 24.58 in cell L139 i have 39.67 and in cell O139 i'd like "39.67 minus 19%".

this runs down to about 200 numbers in column L.
