More trouble for Roy Keane. The East Anglian Daily Times reports that Suffolk Coastal District Council have received a complaint about noise made by the Ipswich manager's dogs. The complainant has been sent a noise complaint record form to fill in.
"If and when we receive a completed version of the form, which would list details of the type of noise, its duration and how often it happens, we will then assess what, if any, further action we need to take," a council spokesman said.
Legend has it that the dogs will only rest when Ipswich win a match. It might be easier if the neighbours moved.
