Yeah, I've been here before with my contract being merge into someone elses

and then when I rang them to tell them they'd done it, they said they couldn't talk to me cos it's not my contract

A couple of weeks turn around of me and someone else being dicked about, I was asked to fill in another form, and I said I'd get in touch with the regulator if they didn't sort it out in the next day or so

And I got a call the next day saying it was all done and dusted, other bloke refunded the difference etc etc
