My late addition to the Euro debate. Whatever route we go it should NOT be decided by

referendum.

Issues like this should form the basis for voting in general elections anyway.

Secondly, far too many people are far to ignorant of the facts (myself probably included) to make an informed decision.

Example, there is someone here who would vote no as they like changing currency when they go abroad on holiday.
That is not the basis on which to decide one of the bigger issues in the countries history (or future, as it is now).

Personally, I can't make my mind up. On a simple level i like the idea, but i'm not sure its right yet, or the right climate for us to be considering it.
