I just think

You gotta take the bad times as well as the good. If City changed manager every time we go through a bad spell, we would have gone through even more managers in recent history. Sometimes I think stability is the best option. If we keep changing manager we are going to have a constantly changing team and backroom staff and I dont think we would get anywhere.
