That's warmed my heart - I was exactly the same. In Year 9 at school that year - well remember the return of Fleck, Matthew Rush, the Windass fiasco, O'Neill leaving, Molby, Megson, and Chase finally going!
The Birmingham game was another 'radio' effort from me - I remember them scoring (Daish?) and taking ages before the painful realisation dawned on me. Hated Brum ever since. And yes, I too was set up for a Norwich-supporting life ...
