Worthy fought quite hard to keep him here...
He has been working his way up the managerial ladder.
He was at Peterborough doing all levels of manager there apart from first team.
He's done well at managing youth levels at Norwich and West Brom.
Finally stepping up to first-team levels at Leeds, and now at Watford who have done well since.
He is a bit green... But still he has got a lot of experience.
