We're attributing this
to the youngsters who've come through post-Sammy Morgan.
The thing I currently most like about Lambert is the 'play well and you stay in the team' approach. For too long we seem to have made changes for the sake of it - now if someone has come in and played well they're not being kicked out next match. I would imagine that with Gunn or tbh any of his recent predecessors, Hughes would have got fit and Russell or Korey would have been dropped. Now they really are fighting for places.
