What is telling from our previous few managers........

is that almost every game they would make some tactical change or substitution (or lack of substitution) that left you thinking "what the f**k?"

Can't think of one time when he has gotten the tactics wrong except for maybe Wes vs Walsall........

And even then it might have been better in the long term as Wes has been back with a hot poker up his arse.........

Lambert seems to have a total grasp of every aspect of being a football manager...........

The only area we dont know about is his ability in the transfer market.......

Although I think he likes the idea of developing our own young talent......

Totally ignores age over ability.

Has shown that even though he may not fancy a player at the moment........ he is willing to change his mind based on performance........

Shows loyalty to those who have the shirt and perform.....
