OK, here goes...
Rudd - 6. Whilst he's not been beaten from open play yet, aside from a couple of stops today, he wasn't tested. Not slagging him, just not enough of a performance to warrant a higher rating.
Spilllane - 6. Has (had) the opportunity to make RB his spot in the team. Shame about the injury, nice of their bloke to slow a second or two to let the rest of the defence to get back.
Drury - 7. Did what he does best. Think it helps his performance knowing that he can bomb forward safe in the knowledge that Lappin covers.
Doherty - 7. Yet another solid performance, despite a couple of bearhugs. Look forward to seeing more of these performances.
Askou - 6. Good old 50-pence-piece head still has distribution issues, but from the brief coverage at HT I thought it was a soft pen to concede.
Lappin - 6. Quietly effective. Never going to shine in that role, but wasn't bad. Should have scored from that header in the second half though.
Russell - 6. See Lappin. Would prefer Hughes in that position.
Smith - 6. A few positional issues after he went to RB, but chases everything down fantastically.
Hoolahoop - 8. Was again at the heart of everything. If he's unplayable (qv the last two matches), so are Norwich. My worry is in a few matches time when somebody susses us.
Holt - 8. Should have had a pen just after HT, took his two goals well. Put himself about a lot. Should be rested Tuesday.
Martin - 7. Started on fire, deserved his goal. Drifted in and out of the game after.
Subs
McVeigh - 6. I personally thought Lambo brought the wrong player on when Smith dropped back, I'd rather have seen Hughes. As a result of McSmall coming on, I thought we lost a lot of shape, and therefore threat.
Hughes - 6. Anchored midfield in the same assured way that Russell did.
Curtains - 6. Had very little to do, but got another goal which will do his confidence wonders. Nice impact sub to have.
