Its time to put faith in footballing people like this, who need the break and have the pedigree to do it

One of my lasting memories of john ward at york was when he invited my dad to referee a minor league game in york, and my dad did it and thanked him for the invitation, and John Ward said "no thank you for coming, its very important you were here"

Great bloke, brilliant to see cheltenham have the sense to employ a man like this
