I can't imagine how uncomfortable it must be to CR if you're over 6ft tall

I can barely fit my legs in despite my stumpiness.
It's f**king painful at times as you've clearly discovered.

I never endured so much pain at CR when there were terraces - unless you count that bastard railing at the old exit gate of the barclay that caught me in the nads a few times
