Probably not, no. I used to work for them, so know them quite well.

They're not all bad. Suffer with the same thing all BT resellers/partners do: BT being a massive massive mess. Even though BT own PlusNet, they're still operationally independent.

If you have Sky TV though, I think Sky's package is probably better value. Although I couldn't speak of their quality or reliability.
