Apart from the 1000 fans booing, jeering, and calling him a c**t?
Sure, it's not going to help, but the righteous indignation of fans when players dare to react always makes me laugh.
Like I say, if he did anything else, then it's a different matter.
And he looked a bit of a pillock at the end when they ended up not winning anyway.
