I think he's right on the Doc. Its time for all parties to move on.
Wes is useful, but not when we are defending like clowns and easy to split open.
Getting us organised defensively was the first job, hard to do that with Wes in the team.
Hopefully he'll find a way to balance the 'solid' with some creativity and giving wes a role where he can influence the game.
