Doherty was signed as a Premier League player, doubtless with wages to match
and doesn't really look comfortable playing in the third tier.
At the Colchester game that we lost 3-0 in 2007, I remember Creo asking me at which level I thought Doherty would look comfortable. I couldn't answer.
