a) scored a good goal - no one else did for us
b) ran his little heart out

I've been very critical of him in the past but he did his best tonight...whether he's good enough or snot in the long run obviously ain't for me to say but on the basis of tonight he was up and down the pitch like a fiddlers elbow and did his very bestest...
