Hi there Scrimmage fans

This week's show features former City player Peter Silvester in the studio with Chris alongside Norwich fan and EDP journalist Ian Clarke.

As for talking points: You'll just have to wait and see as this has been the most uneventful seven days in the life of Norwich City for some time, no signings, no sackings, not even any goals at Carrow Road last Saturday!

We are trying to ramp up the excitement though, Chris will have a special surprise guest in the studio for this week's show.

Tune in the The Scrimmage on BBC Radio Norfolk from 18.00BST on Thursday to find out who it is!
