When Bruce left Palace for Brum in 2001 (?) am I right in thinking that Simon Jordon insisted on gardening leave before he could take up his new post and they agreed compensation?
Why didn't did Col U insist on this before Lambert could start at City?
I'm sure that a quicker settlement would have been reached had this been the case. Or is this a too simplistic view?
