Alison King, leader of Norfolk county council, would approve of local taxpayers to fund a giant bird cage to be sited in the corner where the hotel is supposed to be built? I think it would look great! A massive Canary perched inside on a swinging thing, squarking each time we got a corner. Then when we score, turning it`s arse onto the away fans and s**tting green and yellow balloons onto them!
