There is a salary cap, but I believe Campbell is going to be a player coach, with 2 sets of wages, and wages paid to coaching staff are not covered in that cap.
When munto took over Notts they stated quite clearly that they planned to increase the fan base and make the club self sustaining through offthe field activities a staement that has been lost in all the exitement and often jealousy from other people
