Have any corners been turned?

I am, along with others, to be convinced that things are on the up.
I am looking forward to tonigt, our Canal+ channels showing NCFC v S'Land.
Haven't seen City play for a while. WOuld be interesting to see Lambert's tactics and team's style of play.

So, is our downfall solely due to poor players, mismanagement, or the good old lack of self-confidence?

I am in the belief that average or relatively poor players, can be lifted by a decent/ gifted manager who knows his managerial skills and motivational skills.

So, what are your thoughts?
