All I can see is that Gunny gave it his best shot

He faced an impossible task keeping us up, the damage was done to the squad long before his arrival. Pulling Cody out of non-league could turn out to be one of the best buys in the clubs history. He's spent pretty well over the summer. Grant is going to score a shed load for us and with Cody alongside its looking promising. Whaley looks good as do Maric and Askou. How he can be judged after 2 games i dont know. Last week was a bad day at the office but sometimes these things happen in football. Whether this group of players turn out to make a good team will be Gunnys legacy.
