Had a good one today.

Supplier changes a bloody web application as the managing director of (insert large telecoms operator named after a Dutch colour here) is testing the project which I managed and breaks it. I go nuts and call them and tell them "whatever you tell me, you HAVE changed something in the last two hours and I asked you not to!). Email comes back:

"We have revalidated that the settings were correctly checked and appropriate. Could you try again ?".

How's that for a "you know we f**ked up but we will not admit it" sentence ? Genius I thought!
