I'm not into all this food facism which says what is breakfast and what isn't.
No reason why a bruschetta (or similar) can't be breakfast, if that's what you fancy first thing.
Shake off the shackles of oppressive food dogma and eat what you like when you like, that's what I say.
All that notwithstanding, tomatoes on toast is wrong, no matter the time of day.
