A lifetime ban would be rather disproportionate

If you step back and consider what they actually did then its hardly much of an offense is it.

The laws were brought into fight football hooliganism and violence not to punish a couple of passionate fans who had reached breaking point after 3 straight years of abject failure and mismanagement.
