The Norwich 2

a few observations
If Norwich police and legal system were as good at catching and hauling before the courts real criminals as quick as the Norwich 2 then we would not have very much crime!
Have the police arrested the 11 men who were encroaching on the pitch wearing Norwich tops .
Do Norwich really need to throw the book at the Norwich 2, it's not as if it was a premeditated crimewave.
