BUT...it all about player **management**

Taking the view that seems to be the norm on here isn't managing players in the slightest. There's no allowance been made for the psychological impact and balance; you don't deal with Saturday by dropping them never to play again, as suggested regularly here.

Yes, Saturday was embarrassing, and not good enough. I expect changes to be made for tomorrow night, but not wholesale changes (Cody for Martin, Hughes for Gill, Askou for on of the CBs, prob Nelson). I expect Gunn to demand that their performances in the next few to be the apology for Saturday. I expect anyone lucky enough to be given a second chance who cannot raise their game then to be dropped. And finally I expect a vast improvement from those who let me, the club and themselves down on Saturday.
