I think the problem boils down to one simple but highly important fact

Delia and Michael have zero ability in choosing managers. They should sack Gunn with immidiate effect. And then tell the CE and chairman to go away and appoint someone. There's a few managers within our reach out there who could give us a good chance of getting out of this league with the players we have, we will get relegated again with Gunn. The board have a decision to make, the longer they leave the fat useless bumbling f**king idiot c**t in charge the more trouble we will be in.
