Peter Taylor - my ex manager at Southend, done wonders at hull and the u21, couple years back.

Martin Allen - young, ambitious manager.

Gary Johnson - Yevoil manager, doing a great job.

Steve Tilson - Another up and comming manager who has also done well since taking over at Southend.

Steve Claridge - proven manager at Weymouth Town.
