I ditched Aviva when I got sick to the teeth of dealing with inept Indian call centres.

I went with Churchill who only have UK based ones so you can at least understand the person on the other end. Its the same reason I got rid of British Gas - not only is there pricing a con, their customer service and indian call centres are totally useless.
