Well if that's the criterion

we could have a Keggy and Smeggy double act. Or Harry Bassett. Or Graham Taylor. But personally I wouldn't bother with going for someone on the basis on what they might or might not have done in this division, I'd go for someone who had a clue. Like buying the right players for the positions we need filling.
After all, going on past trophies Tony Barton was one of the greatest ever English managers.
