actually its a good idea

and reletively cheap to the council. remember its less than the money spent sending 1 child on an out of county placement in secure care. if things like this help disadvantaged kids to stay healthy and happy and so preventing one of those placements its money very well spent. sorry to be so serious.....i hate roeder/board/grant/gunn rant rant blah blah etc etc ;)
