I think this will make my husband happy too. I also think that the concentrating on football side will remove some of the 'nice little Norwich' image - quite a lot of which has been created around the doing nice non-football things. Sounds like he knows what he's doing - and given point 1 it seems as if there's resistance to it it's going to be difficult to justify and maintain.
