Joy.

I actually think if you look at our signings as a whole this pre-season most other League One clubs would be envious.

Yes we are league one now, let's accept it, move on and think about getting out of this league!

My view on signings thus far:

Matt Gill - Norwich boy, so will be keen to impress and also has the 'winning habit' having been promoted two years consectutively. Scored nine goals from centre mid for Exeter last season. Good signing.

Micky Nelson - Looks like a gentle giant - look at his biceps on the official s**te! In the Malky mode I think and a potential captain.

Owain Tudur-Jones - Well, will reserve judgement til I see him play properly but again one wwho will be hungry to impresss at this level after injury problems. A little undecided but good potential.

Theo - Should be a solid keeper whne he gets his ass over here...I am abit confused why he hasnt featured yet but guess it takes a while to move all the way from Australia. Could be a star, but we have Rudd/Steer close by if he is crap. Free, so can't be bad.

Stephen Hooze - Again, don't know much about him yet but his CV suggests he could be a good signing. None to happy about 7k a week if that is true! But, adds to our midfield.

Paul McVeigh - Well, its not hugely exciting but we all know that McVeigh can produce magic at times. I am fairly happy, it is just a one year deal and I imagine he will be a 'squad player' which i would prefer to a bunch of loans to beef the squad up/

Potentials - Maric, Holt, Wiggins, Whaley, Askou - all sound good signinmgs to me. Our squad is in danger of being bloody huge! Hope the youngsters such as Adeyemi, Stephens and Smith still get a chance.
