Fulham would have been the time to sack him though - I feel the board have let themselves get into a situation where they couldn't sack him unless we were miles off the pace in January, which would cost us Ashton and Green, and so not only this season but several to come.

So I suppose we'll just have to see how it goes.

His treatment of Helveg is my biggest beef with NW in his 5 years in charge (although I think he wasted several other players, particularly Marc Libbra) but his insistence that Mattias Jonson was a winger, despite all evidence to the contrary, was quite preposterous.

And you missed Graham Stuart off yr list, btw. Wtf was that about?
