Errr. Best to watch the first two or three first definitely.
There is an episode-spanning plot element which is introduced at the start (a serial killer, but I'll say no more so as to not spoil it) as well as each episode having its own story, but the last few episodes I've watched (think we're up to about ep7 or ep8) haven't involved that at all, so they could quite easily have been watched out of sequence.
No idea when that serial killer thread is going to be re-introduced, however, so it's probably best to try to watch them in order.
