Don't know if it's still true; but rule of thumb used to be to keep 10% or more free.

Anything you can delete on there? You could try copying off other files to the other drive and then deleting them. Eg. Browser caches & history, temporary files (c:temp, c:tmp, etc.). You might try downloading User Posted Link if you have any space for it...
