Good luck getting it back,

They've owed me ?1.5k in overpaid tax for the last year and they still keep dragging their heels. Inland Revenue are currently on day 5 of the 14 days I've given them to respond before I send debt collectors to their office to retrieve it. Everytime I phone them they keep making excuses. The last one was that "We are 8 weeks behind with our work at the moment." 8 weeks! If I was 8 weeks behing I'd have been sacked ages ago.
